Stammtisch – our monthly Events

 

The German Committee started a monthly Stammtisch (German for “regulars table”) which is an informal gathering where the committee plans to provide easy and fun beginner German speaking lessons, socializing and an opportunity for residents of Roselle to learn more about the committee’s work.

German Committee Fundraiser at Chick-fil-A

 

The Roselle Sister Cities German Committee held a very successful fundraiser event at Chick-fil-A Restaurant in Bloomingdale on November 24, 2020. The Committee was able to raise $631.00 that will go towards the editing of their promotional video. The video will then be sent to potential sister cities in Germany.
