(RSCA) was officially incorporated in July 2018 and is a participating member in both the Illinois Sister Cities Association and Sister Cities International. RSCA’s mission is to build relationships with cities and people from other countries; as such, RSCA is actively pursuing potential sister city relationships in Germany and Italy.
